At the exit roundabout take the second exit and continue on the road until you pass the sheffield arena and Ice sheffield (about 1 mile). As you pass the sign for Attercliffe take the right hand lane where the road splits at traffic lights and turn right onto newhall road. Take the second right turn, then the first left which brings you onto sanderson street. We are located in Unit 17. From M1 Southbound, leave the motorway at junction 34. At the exit roundabout take the fourth exit and follow signs for city centre, after about 2 miles turn left onto sanderson street (the street after fell street). We are located in Unit 17.
